• Game & Business Data: Game IDs (e.g., Roblox ID, PlayStore ID), store credentials (API keys), and telemetry data necessary for forecasting.  

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly for:

• Forecasting & Orchestration: Powering our AI agents to provide hit probability and revenue forecasts.  

• Authentication: Sending OTPs via SMS (Twilio) for secure access.

• Service Improvement: Enhancing our multi-agent models and RAG context builders.  

• Compliance: Meeting legal and regulatory obligations.

3. SMS & OTP Communications (10DLC Compliance)

If you provide your phone number, we will send SMS messages strictly for authentication and security purposes (OTP).

• No Sharing of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Opt-in Data: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

• Opt-out: You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP".

4. Third-Party AI Processors

Meown.AI utilizes third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to power our agent orchestration layer.

• Data Minimization: We only send the minimum necessary context (RAG-based) to these providers.  

• Zero Training Policy: We enter into agreements with these providers to ensure your data is not used to train their foundation models.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (Encryption at rest/in transit) to protect your game and personal data.
