2. No Right of Withdrawal The services provided by meown.ai constitute "digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium" and are performed immediately upon purchase. Therefore, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts (Article 15), YOU DO NOT HAVE A STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Cooling-off period) once the service has started. All sales are final.
3. Refund Exceptions We may offer a full refund only under the following specific circumstances:
Double Charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
Service Unavailability: If the platform was completely inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours during your active subscription.

Cancellation stops future billing.
You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the billing period.
